Almost like a bio… but with a few hints…
Trying to find out more about me?
Indeed, it’s worth checking who you’re dealing with. One of the key competencies of a project manager is stakeholder analysis. I have extensive experience gained over many years in various roles and areas, mainly focusing on software engineering, project and program management. For many years, I have been providing training both in the business and academic environments. I assist in personal development, using coaching and mentoring techniques. I led the PMI branch in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region and also served on the PMI Poland Board. Currently, I am mainly involved in substantive PMI projects, such as translating the PMBoK into Polish and contributing personally to global PMI standards and other publications. Participation in PMI is open to everyone, both those who aspire to manage projects and those who already have experience. You can find my full CV on LinkedIn. I encourage you to create an account there and warmly invite you to connect.
What am I up to now?
For a few years, I have been researching the applications of artificial intelligence in project management. I am a PhD student at UMK, participating in the Ministry of Education’s implementation doctoral program. In other words, I combine my technical knowledge and experience with project management, striving to open up new horizons for project managers. Given the growing interest in artificial intelligence - this is a source of great satisfaction for me.
